Next to Maple Syrup, Poutine seemed like the most Canadian food I could try. It’s composed of french fries, cheese curds, and gravy drizzled over the top. After a night cruising the stormy streets of downtown Vancouver, I couldn’t help but love this warm bowl of fatty goodness.
